電真空熱水鍋爐的下半部結(jié)構(gòu)為水室，水室壁上安裝有不銹鋼加熱管，通過電加熱管將電能轉(zhuǎn)化為熱能，上半部為蒸汽空間，其中插入了由不銹鋼管組成的列管式熱交換器。由于鍋爐整體是在負(fù)壓狀態(tài)下，故絕對(duì)安全。爐內(nèi)的熱媒介，在鍋爐運(yùn)行的全過程中，不進(jìn)、不出、不增、不減，只封閉在鍋爐的真空室內(nèi)，在鍋爐的傳熱管與熱交換器之間傳遞熱量。爐內(nèi)的熱媒介是完全脫氧的純凈水，無腐蝕，無水垢。

安全Security
鍋爐運(yùn)行時(shí)的內(nèi)部絕對(duì)壓力為0.02~0.065Mpa，此壓力低于大氣壓力，即機(jī)組處于真空狀態(tài)，因而不會(huì)發(fā)生爆炸，同時(shí)上部低壓蒸汽空間安裝有機(jī)械防爆裝置，在電器保護(hù)措施全部失效的情況下，也不會(huì)因?yàn)殄仩t超壓而發(fā)生危險(xiǎn)。
